Bob-MSB Guarantied Probationary Officer Program 2012-2013
Bank of Baroda (BoB) & Manipal School of Banking has set up an opportunistic program for the young, career oriented and planners to make their career in banking sector. Those, who want to make their career in Banking and want to pursue BMSB(Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance) and thereafter become Probationary Officer (PO) in Junior Management Grade(JMG Scale-I), have to apply up to June 21st 2012. All the eligible applicants have to go through a selection process. After selection, the candidates will go through one year, residential classroom training & internship, during which, they will be eligible for monthly stipend as their pocket money. www.jobnewsworld.com

Qualification:
Degree in any discipline from a recognized university by Central Government or equivalent qualification. Final year students can also apply for the post but they have to submit their provisional degree on Aug 1st 2012.
Age:
Minimum age limit is 21 years and Maximum age limit is 30 years as on Aug 1st2012.
Course Fee: (Cashless Scheme)
This whole point must read carefully: All the selected candidates have to investRs 3.15 lakh as a course fee, which will be sanctioned as a lone by BoB. This lone amount is paid to the bank by the candidates after successfully completing the training with some interest of 8% per annum. The EMI will be calculated from the date of success fully completion of the training. There will not be any recovery or interest during training period. This whole amount is paid in the 84 months (about Rs 4 Lakh in 7 years).
On successfully completion of the 60 month service as officer, lone amount i.e Rs 3.15 Lakh is returned back to the officers and in next 24 month completion, this interest amount (about Rs 1 Lakh) will also be returned back. www.jobnewsworld.com
Selection Process:
Selection Process may consist of online aptitude test, Group Discussion (GD) and Interview which will likely to be held in July 2012.

Application Fee:
Application fee can be submitted through the payment challan in any branch of Bank of Baroda. The application fee for the general/ OBC/ Ex Serviceman is Rs 400/- and for SC/ ST / Person with Disability (PWD/ PS) is Rs 50/- only
Test Locations:
The online written test will be conducted in 50 cities across India; applicants have to choose two preference cities of their choice at the time of filling the application form.
